"Charged $50 cleaning fee. Was told linen kept disappearing and this was a way to charge for missing items. Our room had 1 washcloth & 2 bath towels and no bar soap. There was supposed to be 2 washcloths and one bar soap. Talked with manager and he said the missing washcloth wasn't a problem. It seems like a good way to charge customers for missing items, just don't put them in the room. One sheet was stained from top to bottom with two holes about 2 feet apart. "The room was clean and neat. The Direct TV wasn’t working the night I was there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an e-bike and they put me in a larger room to accommodate my bike, on the ground floor and I could park close to my room. Parking was free, very nice."

"Absolute Dump! Not as pictured, some of the motel is burned and lots of homeless hang out on the balconies. No Smoke Detector in room, no garbage can even after asking front desk 3x, and key card stops working every day so have to go get it reset. Lots of health code violations and should not be allowed to operate and EXPEDIA should not have it on their listings AT ALL. Worst experience EVER! Mr. YUCK!"

"I loved the cabin, I didn't expect them to be so clean, it has their own refrigerator, a small table with a chair, and AC or heater we really enjoy it for 3 nights. The showers and bathrooms are separate but super clean also the washing machines and dryers as well, finally the administration treated us excellent 10 out of 10 .."

"We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything."
