Unfortunately they couldn't find our reservation and the communication was poor and seemed dismissive with us. Yes we got it straightened out, but the next thing we encountered was a semi clean room, the doors were open allowing flies into our room, I went to wash my face and use a wash cloth to clean and dry the counter, and it was dirty all around the caulk around the sink . The floors were dirty near the head of the bed. They didn't have have sheets on one of the beds just a coverlet. And when I tried to shoo the fly out of the room dust from the Wall and possibly ceiling flew all over. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Friendly front desk but no hot water

The only real problem I would express frustration in is that we had 30 seconds, if that, of hot water. We were there for a soccer tournament and not being able to clean up properly was a huge problem.

Nice, clean room, plenty of parking, right off of the highway next to Subway and near McDonald’s and other food choices. Nice beds, an excellent value, and much nicer than many other locations we’ve stayed at in Laramie!! We will definitely stay here again!

Good value budget hotel. There was a lot of confusion checking in with a lot of disgruntled people whose reservations were not recognized by the hotel. Gentlemen at front desk said that only Expedia and Hotels.com reservations were working at that time

I have been staying here for four years now, when coming to Laramie. Decor is a little out dated, however, the rooms are huge, the bed is the best I have ever stayed on and the water pressure is amazing! Highly recommended!

Great, but TV remote was not working. Had to get a replacement from front desk. This seemed to be an ongoing issue as I waited to have my remote troubleshooted by the front desk…

Great staff!

Great staff. Very nice, polite and helpful. Older hotel in the middle of Wyoming…it does the trick. Older hotel and it shows, but it’s clean and tidy. Hot water with lots of pressure. Very basic, but comfortable for a night on the road.

Needs repairs.

This hotel is extremely old & in need of major repairs. The couple running it is very sweet & kind! The carpet is in the rooms is mauve & stained, we had an actual key, instead of a key card, everything is in need of repair. The shower had great pressure, the bed was clean & fairly comfortable. We just stayed one night, but dont think we will be back.

I had reserved the reservation on one for. Of payment, expecting to actually pay with another for of payment, The card I made the reservation with had been charged before we even arrived at the property. The lady behind the desk couldn’t understand that we wanted to pay with a different card. My receipt for the hotel stay was printed on a used piece of paper, on the backside had the copy of a prior customers credit card and drivers license, enough information for someone to steal that customers identity, if they were less then honest! I’m going to try to find the person and return the copy to them, but this is super unprofessional and a huge security breach just in securing a customers personal information! There was an outlet that didn’t have a cover on it. A glade plugin was being used in the room, I unplugged it when we first entered as the smell was overpowering and was giving me a headache. We unpacked and went to dinner, came back and realized they were using the plug-in to coverup the fact that the room had been smoked in (former smoker, could smell it). Had 2 shampoo bottles and no conditioner. The room we were in wasn’t the room assigned on our bill, I had reserved a king bed room and we got a double queen bed room. Minimal outlets, had to decide between the fridge, air conditioner and plugging in my phone, left the fridge unplugged. Bathroom was clean, sheets were clean. Continental Breakfast delivered to us at checkin, yogurts we’re warm.

The building is old but clean and comfortable. Since breakfast isnt available because of covid, the owner gave me a bag of fruit and yogurt. I thought this was a nice touch.
