"Very nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. "

"The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. "I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean.
