Awakened to a comforter normally covered in a clean bedsheet that had excrement and other stains on it. It was truly disgusting. Just because you put a clean sheet on the comforter doesn't make it sanitary. Gross

Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria
Had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was as expected for a Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bar was quite nice and had a lively, although not overly crowded, vibe. Enjoyed a late dinner at the bar one evening and cocktails with colleagues ...

Heritage Inn Suites Houston/Sugar Land, Trademark by Wyndham
Staff was excellent but 1) only one elevator was in service, 2) A/C was never as cool as we set it to be, 3) beds were not very comfortable; too soft for my liking and 4) the rooms are dated, 5) toiletries were lacking. But I think it was ok overall.
