Awakened to a comforter normally covered in a clean bedsheet that had excrement and other stains on it. It was truly disgusting. Just because you put a clean sheet on the comforter doesn't make it sanitary. Gross

Had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was as expected for a Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable.
