"The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to be helpful to me. I was traveling with my ill dog to the animal cancer center at Colorado State and needed special help. He was so accommodating and then even gave me a bag of his microwave popcorn from his personal stash! I felt very cared for at a time when I especially needed that.
