"I would not go back, the room was super outdated, the furniture was very old, smelled funky, the ac and and bathrom fan both needed to be replaced because they made veryyy loud noises. The shower had no curtain and all the water went on the bathroom floor. The bedsheets had stains on them and every day we left the bed so they could see them, they didn't replace them until we took The sheets off outselves and put them on the floor. When we got to the room, there was a dirty towel on our balcony and it was not removed until day 4 of us being there. The second story pool is very outdated. The other pool by the beach was very tight, we went out around 11am and we were never able to get beach chairs because they were filled so we were forced to go to the beach to lay out. Our front door was very hard to lock and unlock. There was people partying next to us a few times and it was incredibly loud. Moral of story, we paid $350 a night and this was what we had to deal with. I couldnt wait t come home and sleep on a clean bed."

"Overall a good place to stay. We had a suite that makes life comfortable with a separate sitting area. Good beach access, and good food options. Not all staff were knowledgeable about the area regarding getting rides to other places. Had some confusing information. Hotel is going through some renovations and some hallways (not main lobby) have some construction going on. Makes the place seem not as clean. Room was clean, bathroom, specifically the shower, is old. Needs tiles replaced. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very attentive as was a Customer service person on text. Would stay there again."

"The check in asks for you to complete an extra online form which wants a photo of your license. Completely unnecessary and scammy approach to check in. Room had the loudest air conditioner which rattled all night."

"Rooms are out dated rusted bedding stained and dingy they advertisefree WiFi but no WiFi was available I switched to 3 different rooms last room had roaches in the fridge I could go on and , If your looking for a motel 6 type quality located on beachfront then this might work for you!"

"The premier hotel is a perfect peaceful getaway right across the street from a quiet section of lauderdale beautiful beach. Don't let the old school vibes fool you. The inside is modernized and that vibe of a old school hotel with their service, their hospitality, their employees, everyone here is friendly. The place is very clean, no issues I can find. This is my Fourth year in a row , staying here , I choose this hotel over all the fancy ones along the beach due to its quaint, quiet nature and If you're wanting to avoid the noise and have a peaceful private stay, this is your place."

"The hotel was very clean and well kept . The amenities were nice ! Breakfast buffet was really good and staff at the bar were nice . The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors . Overall had a great stay"
