Perfect location! We stopped the night before a cruise and glad we did. Had never been to Lauderdale By the Sea and it’s lovely. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. Hotel was clean and steps from everything. Quiet and safe. Would stay again.

We had a lovely 10 day visit at Seaside Villas. The property is old school Florida that has been remodeled and upgraded in many ways, but still has the charm. Our unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, peaceful and convenient, We were a block from the beach and steps from restaurants and shops. Fort Lauderdale and Pompano were quick Uber rides. The staff was so nice and accommodating!

I loved Seaside Villas! Beautiful grounds, clean, updated rooms, and a very attentive staff. Danni and the team were around every day and super responsive to any questions/requests. The location also can't be beat -- Right in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea, but still quiet and peaceful enough at the same time. I highly recommend!

Perfect location, one block from the beach. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

Beautiful beach, water was 86°. Had a sudden cooling rain storm. Love it!!

Great location, right across from the beach and restaurants. It was nice to park and walk without having to pay for parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept. Welcome tour was helpful and the receptionist was very kind. Will be back for sure!!

Cozy villa next to restaurants

Stay was great, hotel was clean with all we needed for the stay, it was quiet and peaceful… I do have to say the pull out bed was not comfortable at all,, felt the bedding frame the entire night, maybe good for kids, not adults. Overall great stay with amazing location..

I love the retro vibe and the beautiful landscaping! The street in front was nice and the beach and dining right outside. I would definitely visit again! The pool area was so nice! For being an old property this has been loved and restored beautifully!
