"Place was filthy, had a musty smell, the layout was awful difficult to figure out where your room was located. Had to go in an isolated parking lot with no visible security! Horrible experience I have to reconsider staying at any double tree hotel in the future. I have been a loyal guest at double trees for at least 20yrs."

"Very happy with our room, everything was clean and well presented. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels all provided. Absolutely wonderful time there. Second floor with wall windows with curtains that pulled all the way back and just enjoy the sunlight in the living room and bedroom. Very enjoyable stay and the pool was just a few steps away from the front door of the rooms. Would absolutely stay again. Accommodated an early check in as well, 3 hours early when we arrived early from our flight. 10/10 👌 Wish we had utilized the outdoor grill area as other had as the smell of their barbecue was mouth watering. We were a bit jealous and highly suggest people bring things to fully enjoy the outdoor grill area and seating. Minutes walk away from the beach and all the comforts you need."

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"A nice hotel just two blocks from the beach. Easy walking to a variety of restaurants. Parking was $10 for the night. Relatively close to Port Everglades."
