"Very close to the station. Large, spacious room with aircon. Comfortable beds. Great having a pool. Not enough washers/driers, especially when they are used up by towels. Only one issue when we had to wait nearly an hour for clean pool towels. Cannot comment on bar/restaurant as we didn't use them."

"We loved the location. Close to train station and many stores and restaurants. Having parking for my car right across the street was convenient. The breakfast each day was unbelievably good. This was the 2nd stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it. Stefano was an employee we would like to highlight. He is so helpful and kind. He made great recommendations and was ready and willing to helped us with every aspect of our our stay."

"Hotel location provides convenient access to public transportation such as bus and Bologna Central Station. It makes traveling and visiting other neighboring cities convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Most importantly, they are proficient in English which makes ease of communication for foreign travelers. Customer service is great and they go beyond to making breakfast box for guests who need to travel early outside of breakfast operation hours....

"Air conditioning not functional in our room, after bringing it up to the staff someone arrived 5hrs later to reset the electrical, which did not resolve the issue. We asked the staff to switch rooms, they mentioned they would check if the had anything available and never contacted us again."
