"This is a great property in an amazing location! Many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. Our housekeeper, Angelique, was the best! She made us a different towel animal each day with a fun sweet note! We loved having a Starbucks inside the hotel! It's on level 2 which is conveniently on the way out to the beach. The lobby has ice water with fresh fruit in it daily. The entire hotel was very clean and they always had clean towels ready at the beach. "

"This property is breathtaking. From the moment you book you feel informed and prepared for the stay. The website (app) is very informative. The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness. "Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

"We had a garden apt. With outdoor kitchen and living space. This was excellent and very comfortable and useful. We cooked many meals, as we tend to do on vacation. Our 2nd bathroom did have a bad smell from the drain, which was unpleasant. We remedied that by keeping the window in the bathroom open and a towel at the botttom of the door, using the other bathroom 100% of the time. The bedroom was fine after that. The grounds and snorkeling were excellent."

"Mildly run down property. Our bedroom window was missing two window panes, which meant sound (and rain) travelled freely into the bedroom. This hotel pretends to be more than it is. The location was central, 15- 20 minutes to walk to either tourist area. But would not book it again for the price paid."

"This is a gated community. Tip: show your QR code when you first arrive - even if the cabbie says you don’t have to - they may drop you off at the wrong reception area. We stayed a week in a studio bungalow with a covered rear porch. Interior was clean and modern. Kitchen well stocked. Early check-in for a fee. Staff responsive on WhatsApp. eKey can be added to your phone. Less than 15 minute walk to the beach. Golf, tennis and fitness classes are available. Several restaurants on site....
