"Love this hotel always friendly and on site parking :) Just one issue is the surrounding demolition work and building works "

"We were welcomed warmly to the hotel.Our room was huge and looked directly onto the beach. There was a choice of bath and shower or level access shower. All the staff we met were friendly and the reception area has been refurbished since our last stay with a new breakfast room and bar. The room was clean with good heavy curtains. "

"The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work. "Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these."

"This is our third visit, for 4 nights this time and it didn't disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and facilities are very comfortable. I had their cider from their own orchard which was excellent. Definitely recommend a stay "

"The room was as it should be - clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent value for the money overall. Only a couple of very minor things. The TV could have been a little bit bigger and lower and more tea and coffee in the room on arrival. We will certainly stay again."
