"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! "Beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel 15min away from the airport by car. It’s not on the coast, but San Bartolomé’s area is incredibly charming. Since it’s in the center of the island you are not far from anywhere. There’s no elevator, there are few parking spots (including 2 for electric cars), sometimes you have to park outside. For once, window shutters allow to sleep in the dark, and sound isolation is ok. Rooms are big, bed and pillows very comfortable, and breakfast is good. "
