I realized within less than an hour that I had left it there, and when I returned, no one seemed to know anything about it. I attempted to contact the manager for three days and finally managed to speak with the hotel manager, Mr. David Castillo; however, the issue has still not been resolved. This situation is completely unacceptable, and measures must be taken to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. Mr. Castillo informed me that an investigation would be conducted and that I would receive an email within a few days with information regarding my case. However, it has now been two weeks, and I have received nothing. Situations like this encourage theft and must be addressed immediately."
