"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

"The great thing about this resort is the location and the price. Short walk to the IGA supermarket with big selection of items, coffee and alcohol. Pharmacy right next door. Pizza/Italian restaurant so good, friendly and delicious food. Grace Bay short walk or you can ask for a shuttle that is sometimes available. You need to ask for it.
