"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

"Loved this place . So comfortable and staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and bed is super soft. Location was close to the cruise pier and about 1.5 miles from Harpa Music hall and downtown areas. It was a beautiful walk along the oceanfront. Breakfast was nice with several options. Will definitely stay at Reykjavik Grand again."

"So nice! Was a lovely pod and lots of bathrooms available. Very clean and they give you a robe, two towels, and shampoo, soap, and lotion to use during your stay. Being able to change the lights was such a cool feature too. They also had a magazine with information on Reykjavik and hotel amenities. I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Location was great! Definitely walkable to a convenience store and some local spots. The curtain rod on the bed was barely holding on - might be worth a quick upgrade to put rods that hold up. The place was clean...the fridges were def in need of a cleaning. That was def more than a week or two of old food and they were stuffed to a point where it just didn’t look right. Staff were super friendly. Would recommend and stay here again."
