"This was a nice hotel overall, with great amenities and a good breakfast. However, I am giving four stars due to an issue with billing transparency. At check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card and specifically asked what would be charged. I was told it was only for a security deposit. After checkout, I received my receipt and saw a $24 parking charge that had not been disclosed. I reached out to request a refund due to the lack of disclosure, but the request was declined. I would recommend the hotel, but suggest confirming any additional fees at check-in."

"Amazing location on the beach with umbrellas and chair service included. The balcony was huge with a great view and spacious in the junior suite. They let us checkout and stay on the private beach and use the pool and restrooms until late in the afternoon which gave us an extra day on the beach."

"Nice clean room! Bathrooms could use upgrade when taking shower water flow was not all that great and there is nowhere to put your soap in shower while showering just a wall basic tub. "

"Breakfast is the same every single day. If your paying a price for breakfast on the room youd expect a rotation on menu. After a couple of dayd we just went out for brunch every day. We checked in. Horrible check in procces. Gentlemen did not explain any of the amenities, breakfast hours where everything was located. The rooms are old and need new carpet and paint. When we went in to check in they gave us a room that felt like the extra room they give out if theyre fully booked because of how it was. It smelt like mildew, humid, did not look like the pictures and had a horrible view. We were planning on using the biggest ammenitie of all which is the pool only to find out it closes at sunset?!?! Whats the point of a roof top pool if you limit the hours to its access during the day. 9 pm or 10pm? Sure understandable just like every other hotel. For a Marriot we are highly upset on our stay. We expect more out of a stay with Marriot. Dont be decieved by the beautiful pictures of their lobby. Thats really all they have to offer."

"The parking was easy and avaliable. Vending machines could have been better stocked and the elevator should be a bit more accessible for the disabled and a little closer to the room for the disabled. The toilets were super small looked like it was for a child, my disabled mother couldn't even use the restroom there very disappointing, but room was clean. Not too nany places near by just a gas station, McDonalds and Wendy's close by."

"My AC was making load noise,it was replaced the third second day of my 4 days starting and was the same the replaced it a second time the nigh before I checked in. I requested toilet paper, conditioner and towels and were never delivered. "

"Very disappointed. Marriott was the only place we ever stayed for years, however this time everything looked worn. Couch cushions were so worn and sunken in couldn’t sit on them! Bathroom had huge patches of ceiling with sloppy spackle and paint that didn’t match. Halls smelled of mildew. Way too expensive for this type of decor. Unfortunately we are done staying at Marriott."
