Hotel is clean. Staff helpfull. The restaurant is very good. The A/C in our room was leaking. 2nd pullout bed is very uncomfortable. The night we stayed someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am. They had to evacuate the entire hotel. Not the hotels fault but, it was quite annoying.

Absolutely love this hotel. The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and our room was recently renovated and clean and gigantic. My only regret is that we didn’t check in earlier as we only got to enjoy it overnight. I would definitely stay again.

All of the renovation upgrades paid off we thoroughly enjoyed our stay this is a hotel that we will revisit again once we return to South Florida. The restaurant and bar staff made the biggest impact on our stay which allowed us to enjoy it even more.

Was pleasantly surprised by this property. We ate dinner at the bar and food was great. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. All staff were very friendly. We only stayed one night before our cruise. Pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
The space and layout of the room was excellent, but the HVAC system was extraordinarily loud (couldn't hear the television over the noisy fan), the shower plumbing was leaky and sprayed wildly until I tightened all the connections, and there was very little body wash in the shower bottle dispensers. The bed was good and the room was dark and quiet otherwise.

Staff was great! Room was great, could tell upgrades were made... trim around shower showed age/rust, couldn't get sliding door to open, table no longer raised & lowered but, room was very nice, super clean. Would stay again for sure. Safe area, free parking
