"Staff amazing and friendly nothing was too much trouble . Room we were moved to fantastic compared to the first room given to us. Staff went all out to accommodate us. Only one thing we could fault was not enough plug points at all the beds for a family room"

"The hotel was very much worth the money! I spent £25 with breakfast included so honestly I was dreading going a bit. There were a few minor problems in the room but nothing worth even complaining about. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and the room was clean!"

"The room was of bad condition, door handle in bedroom broken, water stains on the ceiling the bed fabric was ripped and the room was very small. Parking was expensive and hotel was badly neglected and needed some repairs and work being carried out. I never had breakfast as I was unsure of what standard it would be. I would not recommend anyone staying there."
