Very noisy kids running up and down banging on the door Rooms are very out of date Breakfast isn’t until 8;30 which is no good for anyone going to work No choice for dinner and a very long process of going to getting food

The food was really good, the best thing about the hotel really. Hotel needs a refurb as pretty dated. Also cleanliness could be better. Rooms should be made up every day with fresh towels if required.

Cliff Hotel -gone over the edge !

This hotel was once magnificent when built over 100 years ago, but is now tired, dirty, poorly maintained and has bad service!

A gem of a hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful My wife lost an earring in the zpa within a couple of hours they had found it. The food was top class and great value for money. The room was clean but the batroom was too small our only grumble. We watched the entertainment and it was good. It is the best Blackpool hotel we have stayed in
