"i’ve stayed here quite a few times. it’s a great location and the staff are always very friendly. the rooms are very good and bigger than i’d expect for the price. located a two minute walk from the services which are great for coffee and breakfast. also convenient for electric car charging. all in all a cracking hotel."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was lovely, comfortable, and we slept really well, making for a relaxing visit. While there is some room for improvement with cleanliness and a warmer, friendlier welcome from the staff, these were relatively minor points. With a little more attention to these areas, this would be an excellent place to stay. We’d happily consider returning in the future."

Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am. That was room 225 but must say beautiful room, very comfortable bed and bathroom modern and very clean. The restaurant food is excellent and very good value and friendly helpful staff. "I don't think you could find a warmer welcome, from the minute we arrived to heading off the staff at The Cresselly looked after us. We enjoyed a generous dinner and a fantastic breakfast, with high quality ingredients. With free parking right opposite and next to the lovely river walks, it is a brilliant place to stay. "The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. Our dog was taken ill while there and the staff were caring and supportive but not intrusive. We were fortunate to find a good vet nearby. I can recommend Shepherds in Port...
