"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! "Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. The room was very bright, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool/spa was great and not too overcrowded when we went at 4pm. The changing rooms looked brand new and kept very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, the buffet was delicious. The only criticism was that a breakfast menu was offered anlongside the buffet for things like eggs on toast etc. We ordered avocado and poached egg on toast and it took 35 minutes to arrive. Overall though, we had a lovely stay "
