"Everything good. Only minor issues were the shower had no hooks or shelves to put shampoo or shower gel or flanels/scrubbing. And the cooling fan in our room was super noisy, so couldn't be used. As I say, minor."

"My cousin and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Van Stratford Upon Avon. A particular call out to the associates in concierge and check in / check out - they were the most friendly and helpful hotel / resort staff I have experienced, and I have done some extensive travel. I was also very happy with the cleanliness of my room and hotel. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. I do think the food could have been a bit better - more choices and pastries...

"Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. "The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy and I asked for a fridge,which was in our room when we got there (albeit very small…but it did the job) Parking was fab,loads of spaces. Breakfast was amazing,all the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and happy smiling faces. Reception staff were great along with the bar staff."
