"the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 is wonderful, As a Saudi it is very convenience to be able to walk directly from the Terminal 4 departures hall through the tunnel straight to the hotel lobby.
We got family room, It was very comfortable and provided good environment for a good night's rest.
The staff were very respectful and helpful, especially Mr, Martinho , whom I would like to thank him for his kind treatment and constant assistance.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. "Wonderful stay at The Elvetham. This was our second visit. Only stayed one night this time, but received excellent service. Had an executive room, very spacious and comfortable super king size bed. Very quite and peaceful. Breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. The hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings. Lots of little areas in the gardens to sit. Would definitely stay again."
"Grand , delightful, perfect wedding venue or short stay . I had a mansion room , paid extra , was smaller than expected . Very warm at night need the fan provided . Fairly clean and updated . Room was freshened up in a fashion for the 2nd night , after a very sweaty first night could have refreshed pillow covers but didn’t . Food was expensive and very limited at the hotel . Opted to eat elsewhere the 2nd night . Grounds are gorgeous . Sunny days sat out . Gym is large and very well equipped ....
