see my review for Baylis House Hotel which is the same hotel. It is old run down hotel. I stay there because it is cheap and I just need a bed for the night. It is a 2 star hotel. 1 star for having a hot shower and 1 star for having wifi.

It was very clean and tidy. Worthwhile as far as price is concerned but I think it should be cheaper. Only had 1 glass and 1 cup, yet we were 2. No interest WiFi password was given and that was annoying. For the same price, there was Travelodge

Amazing old heritage buildings in need of TLC

Room was clean the bathroom was out dated shower mixer was half off the wall, no tap for the bath,plenty off parking. Staff were friendly The partial refurbished room had clearly be done by a diy enthusiast

Parking was easy during the day but after getting back from a day out we had to drive around to find a space due to a function at the adjacent venue The whole hotel including reception, reception toilets, bedrooms, corridors, bathrooms were dated and disgusting. There was work going on around the hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful though.

Good base for Windsor races, fab restaurant on sit

Stayed for 1 night as a base for Windsor racecourse. Friendly staff. My bedroom was a bit dated and needs painting and some water marks on the walls treating. My bed was comfortable and it was quiet so had a good sleep. I dined in the restaurant, which did buffet style Indian food. The food was excellent at a very reasonable price. The staff were happy to talk me through all the dishes available

Improve cleaning

Hotel was affordable , and comfortable.but the need to improve on cleaning ,kettle was dirty there was no towels and soap in my room and bath tub was dirty i have to wipe it by myself before taking bath .

Ok the smell of damp in rooms building is not great and the decor is a bit tired BUT staff are easy going ,room was basic but warm and comfortable ,I use this hotel when work over runs ,,, very reasonable on price and comfort

Good value stay!

Perfect for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean also with all the amenities you’d need (shampoo, soap, teas coffees etc). Staff at check in were really friendly also. There was a function on the same night we stayed however we couldn’t hear anything from our room. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It was certainly good value for money. The grounds the hotel are set in are absolutely beautiful with secure parking too.

Suits My Needs

This was my second stay at Baylis House - it is a convenient location for my needs and is very reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful from the minute you check in to when you leave. I had a standard double this time and it had everything I needed. The only downside was that the mattress was awful and I could feel every single spring!! Nothing a mattress topper couldn't fix. I will stay there again but will treat myself to a superior room which I had the first time I stayed and was beautiful!

A grade 1british listed building being exploited and turned into an asian empire. Entrance to the hotel looks like heathrow runway.if you need a good nights sleep in a room with carpets,curtains,a kettle,heating & not screaming kids due to lack of council housing this might not be for you.

Staff were friendly and willing to help with issues within the room. The first room i was giving the air conditioning did nkt work and the walls were dirty i was then placed in a different room which was still dirty there was a dead fly on the wall and coffee spillage on the walls and floor.

It was alright

Thw room was alroght the floor under the bed was disgusting, the wall paper was ripped off. There was no bath plug so we had to use clothing so we could have a bath. Bathroom mirror light did not work. Service was ok got what we asked for quickly.

Quiet and Affordable

This property is pretty spectacular as you drive up. But then its confusing to find reception. Once inside the guy on the desk was very friendly and even walked me tonmy room. The property is old and could do with an update. But it was comfortable, and had all i needed for a reasonable stay 20 mins drive from airport. And it was really quiet. No AC like many UK hotels and even in Dec I had to open window. Im not sure why so many bad reviews for $60 I had comfy bed, tea, coffee and seemed pretty clean.

The man who checked me in was really nice, warm and welcoming. The photos of this hotel must be from a fair few years ago. The cleanliness of the building externally and internally is not great. As a pregnant women it was not nice being surrounded by dirty walls and constantly wanting to wash. There is no restaurant or bar yet online it states differently. Uber Eats was a constant delivery service to the hotel. The building has so much potential, but it is just shocking.
