"Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "Great in airport location for an early flight..literally a five minute easy walk to terminal. Rooms were comfortable with good bed and extremely sound proofed. Restaurant and bar were convenient, and expectedly expensive for a captive audience."

"What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost"
