"Nice property. The room was clean and ready when we got there (we arrived an hour early and able to check in). Staff checked on us throughout our stay asking if we needed anything and how our vacation was going. We will book an another vacation at The Club. Recommending family and friends to stay at The Club at Big Bear Village as well."

"The room was great! The place was very homey and clean. Angela was also amazing, however the tv wasn’t working, We were not told we needed to ask for hot water so we endured a cold shower at night but then asked Angela the next day and it was heated but only slightly warm. The highlight was the private jacuzzi! In spite of the two not so great things this was a very memorable stay and kind of perfect."

"Request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs. Despite an amazing location, remodeled rooms and amazing stay, my only complaint is how thin the walls are. We go to bed fairly early but people upstairs stayed up and walked around and played music until 2am. It’s not their fault but I would request the room upstairs if I planned to stay again “also request a fan because it’s wayyyy too quiet and you hear everything!!!! But again, it’s a beautiful location, beautiful rooms and for the price, I’d book again"
