Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Love that it had a Microwave, Refrigerator and coffee maker! Location was close to town. Parking was plentiful! All basic amenities were provided. Cons: Thin walls, AC was turned off (for the winter) and we were not informed, but once we found out, we opened the window so it was fine.

Everything was great. Except the restaurant and bar were not open on a Wednesday which is why I chose there vs a cabin. The Internet and Expedia should let that be known. At least tell customers to call and ask. Jacuzzi was fabulous

The location is great. Walking distance to the town center where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The facility is old. Shower and wash products are Dove. Towels are old. The restroom facility is old and hard to adjust proper shower water temperature. TV set is very hard to use as well. The room is cozy and heating is great.

There’s no AC in the rooms and although it’s cold outside the room was too warm. The temperature was 75 and wouldn’t go lower even when we turned off the heater. After I complained they offered to give us a different room where the AC wasn’t working either but had a sliding door. We didn’t take it because the sun was hitting right where the sliding door was and that room felt warmer. So they offered us fan. The place was clean, staff was polite and friendly. Very nicely decorated for Christmas (lobby) but the whole no AC is really an issue.

Staff at front counter was not helpful. Just rude and dismissive. Train staff to be helpful and courteous. There is no room service as in description. And the charge from hotel is 50 not 27. Side panels falling off walls and metal piece on floor in front of elevator is coming up off floor.
