โรงแรมและที่พักในบิ๊กเบย์พอยท์

"My initial impressions wasn't the best. The greeter was not really friendly or welcoming. I did see her the next day seemed somewhat nice. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable!!! Thats better than a lot of hotel. Bathroom was clean but very small which would be different for a walker if you had one. Only 1 ice machine worked. The complementary breakfast could use a total upgrade. Very disappointing compared to most!!!"

"Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and breakfast was great, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee. Parking was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. What really stood out was their customer service: I accidentally left a sweater behind, and the staff were more than willing to ship it back to me. That level of kindness and helpfulness...

"- Body wash in shower was empty - Little to no soundproofing with connecting room, can clearly hear conversation, snoring, and everything else - Pillows were substandard for the price of the room Everything else was acceptable"

"Excellent breakfast. Large clean room. Friendly staff."

"Property is rundown and overpriced."

"Casino was very close."

"As 2 seniors, the location is close to everything we were attending. The breakfast was free and included eggs, homefries, sausages, waffles and more. Yogurt is always available 24/7 which we appreciated. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was great. The room temperature was perfectly regulated. We really appreciated our stay and would confidently recommend it to others."

"Convenience property. Near all major routes. Love the fact you can drive to to your room."
