"This property was beautiful. We had a room with nice ocean view and very private. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast down on the beach was amazing and staff pointed out a sloth in the trees. "

"The hotel overall was great. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little old & plain. We did observe portions of the hotel closed for refurbishing. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Including entertainment from the monkeys. The staff was wonderful especially Kevin the cart driver. He always seemed to be present when needed. "

"Property grounds were very maintained which enhanced it's beautification. Monkeys came to visit almost every evening about 5p.m. Free Breakfast was delicious. Great friendly staff. Lots of Great Restaurants were walking distance. The Balcony was great to enjoy morning espresso they provided. Our room was cleaned every day. The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn't a dresser so our clothes were exposed on shelves which I didn't care for..Also no iron in room. Not sure if they would...

"We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and safe. (They go the extra mile by calling you by name anytime you interact with them.) "I booked a basic single but was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Double. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). "Charming hotel great for some alone time with your partner. Went during off season so only three other couples staying there and never rant into all of them at the same time. Parking is easy and free and location is very accessible to the National Park and close to dinner locations. Rooms a bit on the outdated side but does not matter when you are only there to sleep."
