The property is beautiful once you find it. My Google maps was having a bit of a hard time. The car climb to the entrance of the hotel is...interesting. The restaurant offers basic fare, hamburgers, tacos and such. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner if you didn't want to. Some of the restaurant staff was not very attentive but the food was good. Running out of butter for the toast at breakfast was a little hard to understand. Overall a nice stay.

Pros: breathtaking views, kind staff, and good food (though limited variety). Cons: very poor communication and lack of professionalism. We had no water one morning with zero notice or apology. My spa appointment started 30 minutes late with no communication, and the spa is extremely misleading—it’s advertised as a beautiful panoramic space, but in reality it’s just a regular bedroom like the ones guests stay in. That felt very disappointing and dishonest. A guided tour we booked happened without a Real guide (he was out and they didn’t communicate that so the front desk person gave us the tour), and several amenities (zip line, Tarzan swing) didn’t work. Parts of the property feel unfinished or neglected, with construction debris and areas that even felt unsafe. The laundry service returned my clothes incomplete (most of my socks missing), and again, there was no follow-up or apology—just a message after we had already left saying they had them. On top of everything, they never offered any refund, compensation, or even a simple apology for all these issues. Overall, it feels like a place focused more on marketing than on guest experience, quality, or maintaining the property. While I know some people enjoy it, our experience was disappointing and far from what was advertised.

My boys (4&8) absolutely LOVED it here. There were trails galore, we got to pet a baby raccoon and a nice local cat. We saw basilisk lizards run across water, monkeys in the trees, anoles, bullfrogs, iguanas! Short driver to Playa Biesanz and Playa Manual Antonio! The staff is super sweet and helpful! For the amount of openness and bugs, they did a great job keeping the place clean! They’re also working on the property for the upkeep which is nice to see! They take pride in their hotel. Highly recommend! The views are breathtaking! My only regret is not going up to snag a view of a sunset during our 3 night stay! Super safe traveling as a single momma with 2 young boys!

The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it.

Dos días estuvimos sin energía eléctrica y por lo tanto sin agua. No ha alberca. La terraza que presumen como restaurante y bar no existe está todo descuidado y no se usa. El personal nomas no fueron para llevar botellas de agua o tinas de agua para poder usar baños. El desayuno la verdad deja mucho que desear. Y deben tener cuidado si llegan en carro en usar 4x4 porque la inclinación para entrar y salir es demasiado pronunciada. No le recomendaría a nadie este hotel y menos con familia. Nos fuimos por cuarto con vista al mar que era casi nula y tenía una terraza abajo de mi terraza que era para el público del hotel por lo cual no podíamos tener las cortinas abiertas.
En la caja fuerte no caben laptops eso nos movió mucho nuestras circunstancias

The rooms are clean. AC works well. Staff are very friendly. Tour is the best part, we saw so many animals in the park and hanging bridges are all in good condition. Jose the tour guide is the best.

AC was excellent. The included breakfast was fantastic. The view from my room was amazing, as were the sunsets viewed from the restaurant/bar area. The park setting is beautiful and is rich in wildlife. You are on a mountaintop, but they offer golf cart rides up and down so you can be picked up/dropped off by your shuttles at main reception at the bottom. I would stay here again, and I don’t think I would even look for another place.

View was amazing! Sunset from restaurant and sunrise from lying in bed! Staff was even more exceptional- treated us like family, especially Enzo. WiFi was not good in the room, but AC was strong. The nature tour was a treat, we saw monkeys up close and also sloths, birds and iguana. A tucán was right next to us at breakfast! No pool- it's more of a place to use as homebase when doing other things, not to stay all day. But such a beautiful place to start and end the day!

Beautiful property and accommodating, friendly staff. The view from both sides is stunning, the wildlife is abundant, and it's a great middle point in Quepos, 10-15 minutes from everything including Manuel Antonio. Air conditioning came in handy during hot and humid days, and while the ziplines were closed for maintenance, the hanging bridges were challenging and fun. Highly recommend.

We loved the view from this place. Balcony for our room, plus plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunset. They also have a pair of nesting toucans, so we enjoyed seeing them every morning and evening. They have a walking trail with hanging bridges that is pretty nice and a free morning tour (book early). The bus stop was a short walk away, so we didn't drive anywhere when we were at Manuel Antonio. There is also a good soda and small convenience store at the bottom of the hill.

The staff was great ! Room was nice . The from the king room was several homes and the ocean over the top of the building . If the air conditioner was running the barking dogs and motorcycles would have kept us awake ?

Included breakfast was delicious and the free guided tour on the property where you could walk on hanging bridges and see an abundance of wildlife was a bonus. Our guide Jose was very informative. We learned that a nearby tree was housing toucan babies and were fortunate enough to watch the mama toucan fly in and out of the tree. The room was small but the views were incredible. Overall a great stay.

Had an awesome view of rainforest from the room. Saw Tucan birds and monkeys from the room. The location is awesome with a 360 degree view from the top of the rainforest, mountains. Got to see beautiful sunrise and sunset. Restaurant and bar was nice as well. Highly recommend.

Clean and modernized room and bath. Beautiful location with ocean and mountain views. Hotel is inside the mountain top park with lots of beautiful plants and lovely animals. Love the multiple long and high hanging bridges spanning from tree to tree. Lots of fun to walk, climb, and observe in the park. Delicious breakfast in a lovely open cafe platform with wonderful natural views.
