"Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated the breakfast staff member. He was consistently friendly and warm, and the chefs for both breakfast and dinner—everything was exceptional, including a homemade blue cheese dressing that was outstanding. "The best thing is that it is very close to the National Park. It serves a good breakfast although I’d change the juice for a natural juice, not from concentrate. I was there during a weekend so they had live music on Saturday which it was nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are small but they are ok. The restaurant has a nice view, specially at sunset. Wear a repellent for mosquitoes everywhere you go."

"This is our second stay at this hotel. I would come back every year if I could. It is a smaller boutique hotel, which is perfect. The pool is refreshing and lovely. The room is clean and spacious. It has been updated since we were last year five years ago. It is in the perfect location, walkable to restaurants, shops beaches."

"Excellent location to stay by the beach and close to Manuel Antonio National Park. Everything about this hotel was great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Good parking space. Very kind and helpful staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel happy and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The amenities were in excellent shape, pools were always clean. "The staff in the restaurant are kind, lovely, and refreshing based on everything else. The pool is quite small and nothing special. The food is not authentic, but the pastry chef is excellent. The rest of the staff in the lobby and reception are useless. I asked for help multiple times and they really did not have an answer for me. "Hôtel neuf. Grands lits. Restaurant donc possibilité de manger sur place. Situé en bord de route. Petit déjeuner à la carte ( peu copieux). Parking de 3 places devant l’hôtel . Nous y sommes allés hors saison donc pas de difficultés pour se garer. À 30 min environ de Manue Antonio."

"From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with warm smiles and salutations, and throughout our stay it remained the same. Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!"

"Great views. Monkeys, toucans, and macaws seen right from our balcony! Steep road to the entrance with literally 4-5 parking spots at the top. You can park at the bottom and ride the golf cart up. Buffet breakfast was good. Activities and grounds (fountains, ect)were, Im assuming, shut down for maintenance."

"Pros: The owner and staff on site were so sweet and so helpful. Monkeys were all over the property which was so cool. The complementary breakfast was simple but very good. The location was very central, so getting to most places in quepos/manuel antonio was a 15 minute drive at maximum. They also offer a free tour guide for manuel antonio park, and a 50% discount at a local indian restaurant (i forgot the name, sorry) Cons: The rooms were a little more run down than the photos advertised, but...
