"Check in is located on the 7th floor. Elevator is small and poorly maintained. Exterior of the property is very unclean and not maintained. No proper signage. Although the rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. After staying a couple of days, it was better than most in the area, but not a fan at all. "I had a wonderful stay at The Leela in Mumbai. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel felt clean, fresh, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the room spotless every day. The only slight downside was that the leadership among the breakfast buffet staff could have been more organized. Overall, I still highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
