"Good breakfast and very large room space......................................................................."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"This place was not cleaned and prepped for visitors. There were bugs in the bed and all over the wall."

"beautiful property and very friendly/attentive staff."

"Todo excelente"

"I loved the room and the neighborhood"

"Whew! Sitting here enjoying breakfast, and I just have to say, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is absolutely captivating! From START to FINISH, the service has been impeccable. Every single staff member has been top-notch, which, as a person of color, I don’t always experience when staying at luxury hotels. But here? I have felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and treated exceptionally well throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The...

"Could have been a great spot however the staff lacked awareness. The first morning when we were getting ready at 8 am one of the staff members opened our door and walked into our room un announced. I had to run up to the door in order to prevent them from walking all the way in on my girlfriend who was getting ready for the day. When I confronted who walked in I asked them if they worked there because they did not identify themselves and merely just tried to walk away. I immediately called down...

"Fantastic service and accommodation "

"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Location was perfect just across from the Peninsula Hotel and walking distance to all in Beverly Hills"

"Great spot"

"Absolutely amazing! We got an unexpected, but very appreciated, upgrade to an enormous room with spectacular views. We received text messages from the hotel to check if we needed anything throughout our stay. Requested a wine opener and ice, and all the items arrived in less than 10 minutes (IYKYK). The valet services were readily available and very professional. We typically prefer to not eat on site but found the restaurants and bar exceptional with noteworthy service."

"Their valet and restaurant is only epic service. Our fireplace was not working once we came in. Their staff or engineer doesn't know English so it's hard to communicate and he doesn't fix problems as well. Internet was the biggest problem in the room. Their wifi doesn't work or is very wonky. Forget wifi even your mobile Internet won't work. It was giving me 1-10mbps speed. Once I get out of hotel or even go to the balcony I will get 100+ mbps! Horrible experience that way!"
