"10/10 hotel stay. Clean and comfortable"

"The staff was lovely, friendly, helpful. The hallways smelled a bit musty, oddly no handle bars in bathroom to hang wet or hand towels but row of hooks behind the door and it was cracked in our room. Love the fresh all-cotton and scent-free linen. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bigger than dorm-room fridge. (separate freezer), small sink in counter, and a microwave. The location was great for visiting elderly mother-in-law at Brooksby. The hotel would have been nice to be...

"Unfortunately, this hotel was nowhere near as nice as I had hoped. I was initially excited to find this location, especially after reading so many positive reviews. However, my experience was quite disappointing. The room itself was mediocre at best, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. "Everything was great. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"My brother and I stayed for a 4 night stay and we were super impressed with how clean the hotel was but also how on top of everything housekeeping was. They made our beds everyday, replaced towels, took out trashes, and paid great detail to ensuring we’d return to a comfortable room at the end of each day. "Love the room, super cute, centrally located I just did not like that. They did not have any staff on site to check in or check out."

"Like that they have a parking garage as finding parking in Salem in October is difficult. Also like that they were centrally located…easy to walk everywhere."

"My stay was from Thursday to Tuesday during which there was no housekeeping done. No one offered extra towels nor toilet paper!"
