"Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was below average with primarily waffles, cereal, yogurt and half cooked sausage. Overall ok and would stay again."
"Requested a microwave in room, never got a response from my message, messaged again after check-in, again no response. The 3rd floor hallways were HOT, like 80s HOT, that needs addressed. No exhaust fan in bathroom, stinky and steamy lingered. Tiny 32 inch TV was a cop-out, looked terrible on massive furniture it was on, lol, cheapskates, BIG TVs are CHEAP. Otherwise was a perfect stay, excellent location. WiFi was strong and every employee we encountered were welcoming, friendly, polite and seemed genuine. Never tried breakfast but it has good reviews, we were on last leg of a long road trip, we drank and slept late. We'll be back to Natchez for sure, and more than likely back to the NGH, hopefully they can use daddy's credit card for bathrooms exhausts, real TVs, 3rd floor hallway ACs and microwaves. "
"The room smelled musty and felt damp. The shampoo had water in it to make it go further. I’m pretty sure my kids were bitten by bed bugs. One of our towels was dirty. Folded but dirty. The staff was great though. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We even left something in our room and had to return to pick it up and they had it waiting for us. The views were nice too. Not sure I would stay again."
"Hotel is old, and overpriced for what it offers. Had to wait an hour with a reservation for one of the clerks to go and clean the room before I could go in there. Its an older hotel it could offer breakfast at the least for the price you pay. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. Not many young people so the stay was problem free."
"The staff were wonderful both in the restaurant and at the front desk. The cleaning crew were very friendly. However, our room smelled very strong of perfume so we switched rooms and that was nice because we had a wooden floor less smell. The rooms are very dated. Also, there’s no coffee in the room. This would be a great addition."
