"Awesome place to stay. I want to thank the Housekeeper especially on the fourth floor as she found my shirt after I checked out and was able to return to pick it up ( It was my favorite shirt). "Positive: if I could give a 7 star, I would for the staff. They were just genuinely pleasant and helpful. There's a lift so no need to lug your suitcase. You walk out of the hotel and the tram #1 is right there if you need public transport. We only used it a couple of times though e.g. to get to Dolmabachi Palace as you are only 5-10min walk away from all the major sights. "Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and extremely attentive . The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fresh linen was provided daily. The lobby is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by whilst being afforded free drinks and pastries. It is very close to all the main tourist attractions.
