I feel safa hotel is a little known gem! I visited the weekend of 31/01/25, and we really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the location is exceptional. We booked for a weekend city break, and so this was perfect. I would highly recommend, and would definitely return to the hotel.

Great stay at Safa Old City Hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and spoke Egyptian Arabic, which made communication comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Ich habe 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und es war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Die Zimmer sind recht groß. Das Personal war immer freundlich und direkt hilfsbereit egal was für ein anliegen man hatte. Für die nächste Reise werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen

최악의 서비스 최고의 룸

이곳에 예약했다가 끔찍한 최악의 경험을 하였습니다 오후 4시쯤 체크인을 하려고 했는데 방이 모두 꽉차 있다는 황당한 답변을 들었습니다 1시간 정도 아무런 설명 없이 로비에서 기다렸다가 근처에 다른 호텔로 안내를 받았습니다 그 곳은 예약한 이곳과 전혀 다른 호텔이었고 모든 조건에서 열악한 호텔이었습니다 여기 예약하시는 분들 모두 조심하세요 저와 동일한 끔찍한 경험을 할 수 있습니다

Wij vonden het een heel fijn hotel het is ook nieuw en dat merk je aan het hotel en de spullen in de kamer netjes en goede kwaliteit. Personeel en service helemaal top! Omgeving ideaal veel is op loopafstand. Enige nadeel de kamers zijn helaas gehorig waardoor je soms wel last ervaart van de kamers naast je of van de geluiden op de gang
