"A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much. I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train. The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was. I will absolutely be back!"

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Marriot. It is located at a great location in the Sydney downtown area. Public transportation and plenty of food/restaurant options nearby. We found our room modern and clean, and the hotel staff was eager to help us with questions about the area."

We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room.
