This is an economical but agreeable hotel in an excellent position near Konstanzer Strasse. Very good value for money. The management is very friendly. No breakfast offered, but there are several nice cafés nearby.

This hotel, I learned, was a favorite with Russian tourists before the wall fell. The architecture of the building is roch and fascinating. As a hotel, there is a lot to wish for. With proper vision, care, and improvement in key areas, it could really be a gem and still hit an affordable pricepoint. As it is now, it is a cheap place to stay in a great neighborhood and it close to the UBahn station and bus stops. It suited my needs.

The property is excellent in an upper-class location in Berlin. Its rooms are antique-style with great care and restoration. They are enormous and beautiful. It has everything. The living room is beautiful, the refrigerator is spacious and very nice to be in. I recommend it as if it were a high-class hotel, but for a very good price. A giant park just half a block away. Very good in Berlin.

Good sized rooms, comfy bed and very nice hot shower. Rooms were freezing cold, no response from management and the cleaning ladies yelled at us twice. We moved hotels instead of extending it. Very very old hotel with much needed improvements.

Really good location and easy check in and checkout. Property is old and room cleaning was not perfect . It’s worth it mainly by the location few meter from the U7 metro line

it was alright

the rooms were not cleaned very well, the shower had a wrapper of a soap bar on top of it along with half of that soap bar. on top of the closet i found an alcohol can, and behind the safe in the closet there was some flyer with a piece of chocolate attatched to it. the carpets were dirty and the the sheets were not very clean at all. the walls of the bathroom are also covered in mold. the wifi barely works in the rooms and you have to connect to it standing in the lobby, only for it to not even work on the first floor.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. 2 min walk from the Ubahn and from Rewe (supermarket). Staff were friendly and have only recently taken it over. Older building with really high ceilings and big windows. Bath was lovely and deep. Fridge in the room was useful. Tea and Coffee/ Kettle in communal area on the landing to share.

Beautiful old bldg not enough

Absolutely stunk of smoke. Curtains don't close Windows don't open & no air conditioning 1 x thin duvet 1x Pillow old & lumpy No heating No tea/coffee facilities Poor reception available. Don't mind old bldg, creaky floor etc but the above items are a must for comfort. Not worth 100 euros a night.

Schrecklich Euer schlimmster Alptraum wird war,stinkende schmutzige alte Zimmer...ist das Licht aus...kommen die Bettwanzen und Käfer übers Bett gelaufen..... Ekelhaft und furchtbar wir haben am 2 . Abend im zweiten Zimmer,das Hotel fluchtartig per Taxi verlassen

Vorab - es waren fast jeden Tag Angestellte vor Ort, die sehr nett waren. Das wurde vorab anders kommuniziert. Gut war außerdem die Erreichbarkeit der U-Bahn. Schlecht waren das durchgelegene Bett, fehlende ARD-Programme (+ sogenannte Dritte) in TV + Radio (letzteres im TV integriert) sowie die Enge im Bad. Die Straße ist lauter als eins denkt, daher ist ein Zimmer zum Hof empfehlenswert.

Se trata de un hotel sin recepción ni servicios, por lo que tiene un precio muy competitivo, con una buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son correctas y limpias. La situaión es muy buena, en un barrio tranquilo, a un minuto del metro y a 10 minutos andando de Ku-Dam.

Not a good stay.

First day after I leave my bag, I left to room for a walk. When I came back I saw a guy in my room and, my luggage was no where to be seen. They suggested me to sent the stranger away but without doing any cleaning in that room. I didn't accept it. New room was too loud, I did hear everybody walking, doing other stuff as well. I Don't recommend it.
