"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"Place was beautiful, but was a little upset with customer service. I booked and paid for 7 nights but only stayed 4 due to the fact that we booked one night in Venice, one in Florence and one in Chinque Terrre. What rosette is the fact that the room was ready when we arrived a few hours before our check-in but they wanted to charge us another 10 euro a person to check in early when I paid for 4 people for one quadruple room ..which was the most expensive one .. I think that bad customer...
