Parques Casablanca is located in Benissa. Javea Port and Denia Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Lavender Gardens and Klein-Schreuder Sculpture Garden. Dinopark and Garden of L'Albarda are also worth visiting.

Liked the complex and apartment very much but need a car. The cafe/bar was closed beginning of October. The file of information stated there was s restaurant, open on Friday & Saturday on the site. There wasn’t & the reception didn’t know what 1 was talking about when I phoned to book s table.
Our family travelled to Parques Casablanca for a weeks chill out and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The pool complex was fabulous and sunbeds were comfortable and plentiful. You do need a car as there is nothing close enough (the beach says 700m but it seemed further and would be a very steep walk back - certainly didn't attempt it with the kids). A good spot for sightseeing in Altea, Denia etc... or like us, for a lovely apartment and a great pool. Parking was also available on the road outside which avoids the daily parking charge.
We stayed in a well equipped one bedroom apartment. Quite spacious. Very quiet but that may be due to the time of year. Satellite signal poor, reported to reception and initially fixed but signal dropped off again within 12 hours. We had to check out at 07.30 but reception not open until 9am. No facilities to leave key and no response to emergency phone number so we had to leave the key in the room.
Pros: Property appeared new and well maintained.
Cons: Satellite signal. early check out procedure.
Really nice room, very spacious, clean and modern, well equipped kitchen, lovely outside space, nice pool (too cold to use when we came out in early March) well kept gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to friends and family.
Pros: Close to Moraira, and being clean and modern
Cons: When arriving on a sunday (shops are shut) a welcome pack to include a bottle of water, not champagne would be helpful.
Location: We always visit Moraira, lots of lovely bars and restuarants, supermarkets and a lovely beach. Great market on Friday mornings.
