"Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise"

"We like that it is within walking distance of the levy and the breakfast is always great. Clean room and great staff!"

"Chose the hotel based on the location and could not of been happier, great room, had breakfast at the restaurant, only draw back could not turn the tv in the room on, but since we really were not there to watch tv, it did not matter to us, would stay there again."

"Absolutely terrible. Not well maintained, dirty rooms, and the staff lied to us. Expedia said they would work with the hotel manager to get our refund and were unable. I’m very disappointed with Expedia and will never stay at Comfort Suites in Cincinnati again."

"My TV had a personalized welcome message when I arrived. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and a nice view. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Excelentes servicios"

"Very accommodating staff. Free Parking & breakfast."

"I was in town for the women’s basketball 25th year reunion of the best team in school history! The staff rocked our stay! Go Bearcats! 2001-2002 Women’s Basketball team 28-5 record! Easy walk to the Taft was appreciated. The Cozy King is generously sized and well appointed. Expect the upgraded rooms are even more pleasing."

Staff found me one that was up on another floor when I got there but when it was time to leave, there wasn’t one to be found. They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, clean & beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. Our only concern was with having a handicapped room, it was the farthest possible from the elevators. Thought it would be a step in shower or tub. Also the lift in the pool for handicapped did not work."
