"Excellent location, good selection of breakfast items, helpful staff"

"The staff was very polite. The rooms were clean. I bought a bottle of water and a small cup of coffee and it was $15 at the hotel, which I thought was a little pricey. Other than that, I definitely stay at that hotel again."

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"Location is central to a lot of tourist attractions. Seconds to Times Square, close to Central Park, tons of nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff at check in were very friendly. The lobby has a very pleasant smell and the chaos from outside is left at the door. The lobby and rooms are quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is a nice perk and offers awesome views especially at night. Rooms are spacious. We would definitely come again."

"Best hotel ever"

"Friendly staff, great location & clean room❤️"

"Good"

"RIU Times Squuare was an excellent hotel. The staff was fantastic! They were so friendly, accommodating and extremely patient . The hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet breakfast was the best! The breakfast varied from day to day and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough about the staff from the restaurant staff, bellman, cleaning crew to the front desk, all were so efficient, nice, kind and helpful . It is a very quiet hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Good"

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"They stole my money."

"Nice hotel in a decent location. A slight walk from time square but I knew that when booking and was fine with that. Staff were nice however the resort fee is quite expensive just for some coffee. Noting the day we left coffee hadn’t even opened yet as the staff hadn’t arrived to work yet an hour later than it was supposed to open. Overall a decent hotel for what you expect in NYC, I would probably return again if the price was decent."
