"The FiDi hotel is a really great addition to the Stone Street offerings. The hotel is sparkling clean, easy to get around and pays a lot of great attention to the guest experience. The bed was super comfy. The nightly wine and cheese was an especially nice touch, encouraging guests to mingle (and the wine was great quality, too).

"Was a great experience. The hotel have a very great potencial for attract new customers. They have many opportunities to improve the customer experience. The location is fenomenal. Only take 5 minutes to WTC Memorial, Oculus and many Metro stations. The location is very safe. The room and amenities are just like the offer, just like photos. The lobby crew was very supportive and friendly. I hope in my next trip to NYC have a new stay with Tribeca Hotel. You're so nice guys!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellaclaire! Being on the upper west side was perfect for our drive in from Toronto. We found the hotel easy enough and were greeted by hotel staff in the lobby. Our room was ready and very clean and inviting. There were lots of dining options close by and hotel staff were great with recommendations. It was nice to be able to walk to the Museum of Natural History as well as Central Park. The subway was a short walk up to 79th st. and made our adventures down town...
"We're here for just one night but the hotel entrance is unassuming, elegant and clean. Check in staff is very cordial and helpful and the room is exactly what we needed for the night - just right for 2. A super comfortable place to sleep (nice firm bed!), AC was going strong (it was a hot day!) and bathroom was perfect. AND for NYC, a very reasonable price and near many restaurants on 3rd Ave. Will definitely come back"
"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
