"Excellent place to stay."

"Did inform guest of $22 parking and service fee in reservations online"

"I like the location of the hotel to our friends house. I also like how clean and modern and we'll maintain the property is."

"Great hotel and super clean, pool was amazing and heated!"

"I loved that we could leave our pet, crated, if we desired to explore the area and not want to navigate spaces that we felt an animal shouldn't be. The courtyard was amazing, the gym was perfection and the staff lovely. We will return!"

"Le hubiera puesto excelente excepto porque se escuchan ruidos, en una habitacion se escuchaba el llanto toda la man̈ana (7 am) a un bebe....y no es que no me gusten los nin̈os pero con todo respeto queria dormir un poco mas y no pude... De lo demas todo de 10 sibre todo desde la llegada con la atencion del recepcionista.... Saludos"

"Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly"

"Maybe the hotel is in a state of transition. I think work was being done. They have a lounge situation where they keep pretzels and checks and things like that all the time and some drinks and then in the evening some hors d’oeuvre but it’s not optimal. The Nice gentleman who puts it all out does a good job. There’s coffee there sometimes it’s all sometimes not. There’s no real place to just go get a cup of coffee as you have to go into the dining room room if you want something. I was told...

"This location is amazing. Everything was so clean and the staffs were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"N/A"

"Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. The queen bed seemed small, like a full. Nice and quiet location though. $11.00 for two KitKat candy bars is a bit steep."

"The room was very clean and roomy for our family of 4, however the room was very stuffy and got hot fast the ac was on but took a long time. There is no fan in the bathroom so we showered with the door cracked so it didn’t get too steamy. I recommend bringing a fan. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing after a long day at universal studios. The breakfast was different every day and had a great variety. Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed were very comfortable. We will be staying here again...
