"Where to start - I was clearly looking warm and tired upon my arrival so the staff made sure my room was ready early so I could settle in and freshen up. I asked for directions to the nearest shopping precinct only to be told it was a little too far to walk to on such a hot day, but a member of staff would be happy to drive me there. Which they thankfully did. Returned later in the evening to a fantastic and very reasonably priced evening meal. At check out the reception staff, once again, went...

Dedicated staff for our every need and incredible amenities- cooktop, larger fridge, microwave… we had absolutely everything we needed and you will be so glad you stayed here. Breakfast was brilliant with convenient ice/water machines. Highly recommend. We will be back."

"Het hotel ligt erg centraal in het centrum. De bedden waren heel comfortabel, het ontbijt was prima. De kamers zijn ruim maar het schoonhouden van de kamer had beter gekund. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als we weer naar Belfast gaan, gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel."
