"I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

"Amazing stay close to the city centre. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again without hesitation!"

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was wonderful - spacious and an enormous bed! Blackout curtains were excellent. Bathroom had separate bath and shower. Room was clean and tidy with only complaint being that the mirrors (which were tiled, so took significant space on the walls) were very dirty. Aside from this, this was a wonderful hotel. Would recommend."

"Lovely hotel in a historic converted building. Quiet luxury. Abigail in the spa does a wonderful lymphatic massage. Scones in the bar are a must."

"Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff"

"This place was lovely. Very impressed."

"Nice stay"

"Staff members were nice and friendly. Location is great and close to the main touristc areas"

"I found the location was ideal near Grand Central Station. Every member of staff was cheerful and helpful. My room was immaculately clean with comfortable bedding and a great shower. The bar menu was very good value and as a solo traveller I was very comfortable dining alone there. The breakfast buffet was self service with very good choices of hot and continental style. I would go back to this property if visiting again. Overall excellent value."

"Clean room"

"Quiet location, yet close to great facilities in the university area."
