"Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river."

"Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Exquisite, immaculate, classy, and cost effective. Wonderful English speaking managers with the guests' interest at heart! I met Henk, Jonathan on two different days and they both ensured I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The rejuvenating massages and spa were well to come back for! How can I forget the sumptuous breakfast! I had smoked mackerel and a squid dish every day of my stay. This is a real 5 star hotel in the Betou!"

"Even though the location was not in the middle of tourestie places transortation was good. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Internal corridor to the Bank and the Supermarket were super. Especially when raining. Early check In & Late check Out werevery reasonable and very helpful. Front staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here on my next visit Thank you."
