"My son and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property in a pleasant location. The staff were extremely competent and the service was flawless. The highlight for us was the breakfast buffet with so many options of local food. We also had some amazing meals at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. We loved the

and the hot tub too. The hotel is also close to a river with some lovely pedestrian walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to return one day!"

"Check in Experience was not great. Processed, no info about hotel etc given (we only found out later thst both bar and japanese restaurant were closed) and while suitcases were brought up for guests next to us this was not offered to us. Room itself was nice and spacious.

"The building and facilities are undeniably aging. The hallways and rooms are not musty, but there is something that smells peculiar to old buildings. compared to Tower2, the Tower1 side feels a little fresher. There are no convenience stores around, only KFC and a pizza shop. The indoor swimming

"Great location, the bed is very comfortable and all the staff are very helpful and approachable.
