"Lovely rooms & very helpful staff."

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever"

"A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. "Convenient and very clean room, easy to access after hours. Very helpful staff who were flexible about check-in times. Excellent breakfast in the pub."

"Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!"

"The room was dirty and had infestation of bed bugs , we also had been charged twice as the deposit did not get from Expedia. This is the worst stay I have had at a hotel for many years I definitely would never stay or recommend this hotel ever."

"Very quiet"

"Lindsay was a really nice host, we could have what we wanted for breakfast, there was tea, coffee sugar and milk in the room. Our room was very spacious and bathroom was very large and well layed out, our room looked out on to the garden which was nice."

"Enjoyable stay"

"Room spotless. Very convenient for airport. Early breakfast."

"A lovely little place to stay when you’re in the Brighton vicinity. You’re left alone, uninterrupted, and there’s generally help and support when you need it"
